What would be better in a PSU?

I'm trying to figure out what PSU I want to get for my new computer I'm building, but am having problems choosing. Would it be better to have one large amperage 12v rail or dual 12v rails, both equal in amperage?

I here some arguements for both sides. Which is better for overclocking also?

It does seem that high amperage single +12v rail seems to be the better option in general,
especially with nForce4 boards etc....I would go with a quality 24 pin ATX PSU with high amperage on single +12v,it would be the most compatible PSU in general.

FYI most 24 pin PSUs also come with 24 pin to 20 pin ATX power adaptor cable for older motherboards.
