What would be best?

So I just purchased a Sempron 2600+ through newegg, got in one of those combo deals with the Biostar MB. I will be able to replace my XP1900+ for less than $150 dollars.

But anyway, on to my problem. In the past two months, I have built two other systems, one a AMD64 3000+ and another a X2 3800+. With both of these systems I bought an after market heatsink and they are running beautifully. However, with this system i am just going to use the stock heatsink. But since I have these two additional heatsinks, i want to use the on with the best cooling. Logic would say that the X2 3800+ would have the heaviest and most efficient heatsink and placing a X2 stock heatsink on a Sempron would be the best way to go. However, i roughly wieghted (by hand nothing serious) and visually inspected all three and they all seem to have same wieght and similar fans.

Am I correct in this? It would be interesting that AMD would ship the same heatsink for all VERY different cpus.

Oh, am i going to OC?
If i can why not.; but i got the Biostar and i dont think it has that great a OC potential and am using Cosair VC RAM.

And, and what is this purpose of this machine?
To have a machine that I can run 24/7 and NOT see my lights dim in my room (as is the case with the X2, the 3000 was for my brother). Right now, I am using the XP1900 to run all the time and this thing can't download and playing a video smoothly, besides the fact that it wont run Firefox. either way it needs replacing.

All thoughts welcome! TIA!

Well they are probably very similar. They are meant to work with the whole cool and quiet thing and a BIOS that adjusts the speed of the fan. So like for the X2 when it heats up the fan will speed up, but with the sempron they run slower/quieter.
