I have a Fulton MX-991 which I swapped out the crappy incandescent bulb with LED but it still seems iffy, ie the light is intermittent I shake it.

I suspect the switch is dirty but I cannot get to it, can I use electronic contact cleaner without damaging the plastic? WD-40, CRC etc.. sells such cleaners but not sure about the plastic. anyone here fix such an issue?

why would you clean a fleshlight? half the fun is all the residual shame it is carrying with it. double fun if it's someone else's shame.

Ultrasonic cleaner. Keep them clean and those things will last forever. I'm thinking of getting a black one.

A mother's spit, and then wipe with the corner of her blouse.
Spit gotta be that of a TRUE M O T H E R. It cleans other shit too....something 'bout GOD's design.

Guy spit just flat does NOT work . . . gotta be the MOTHER's spit.
Yeah, sad but T R U E!!! So bank that as another FACT of LIFE you learned here (it's also mysterious and TRUE!)

91% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol should be enough to clean the contacts without too much trouble. And it should dry fairly quickly.

If you need something more effective then

something from Deoxit is very effective for cleaning contacts. I have used the pen applicator before and found it a good application method of course ymmv.
the manufacturer claims safe use with plastics

For O-Rings a thin coat of Silicone based grease like the one you can buy at NAPA or other automotive stores used in a thin coat can help with water resistance.

if you only use it for maintaining flashlights you might find it a bit much but it also helps protect the rubber weatherstripping on car doors and trunks
avoid petroleum based versions as they can damage rubber.

Hope that helps.
