my system:

850 Duron @ 1062 2.11v to core
Abit KT7A-Raid with Voltage Mod and blue orb on northbridge
Coolermaster HHC-001 Copper HS with Heatpipe Technology, 6800 RPM fan
512 Crucial pc133 7ns Ram
Radeon LE modded with Blueorb and ram sinks
SB PCI512
Generic/SohoWare 10/100 Nic
4 HDDs (2 30gigs/ 2 40 gigs)
1 Teac CD Rom
1 Plextor Burner
Enermax 431W PSU

basically, i wanna have a 5v rail of higher then 4.95v, currently i'm at 4.91, but it's fluctuates from 4.91 to 4.81 every so often... I've heard that most Enermax Psus don't have a really good or stable 5v rail. so i was wondering if anyone has had the same experience as i have and an recomment me a good power supply to power all my peripherals and keep my OCed duron happy. :)

Be aware that even psu's with 1% power regulation won't necessarily deliver more than 4.95v, and that actual improvements in terms of system performance may be nil. Your Enermax is operating within the ATX spec of + or - 5%.

Check pcpowercooling.com for their own brand, and Rackmountpro for the zippy/emacs line. Both are highly regarded brands with 1% regulation on the power rails, the pcp&c units have more output on the 5v &3.3v rails.

Hope you have deep pockets, in either case....

some pcpower and cooling powersupplies (which I think dont make their own stuffs--basicly just reselling OEM products under their own name) are a relabelled sparkle PS. I've seen my friend pcpower PS and check the actual man model number--is the same with FSP or sparkle model number.

Zippy is really nice--but it's just too darn expensive.

anime-

True, and you need to get up into the 400w+ range to get that 1% power regulation.

At times in the past, their high end models were made by zippy- that may or may not be true of the current offerings.

PCP&C sells great stuff and the service is the same, terrific if you're spending corporate money....
