What would be a good place to create a business card ?

I'd like to create a business card.. I would love the business card to be a little flashy .. kinda have a full color on the back with our logo and white front with our info ..

Would it be better to go to my local printing company and do it ?
Would they design the card ? Or would I have to design the card on my own ?

good idea .. but they usually cost you an arm an two legs

any other place you would recommend ? somewhere online would be OK as well.
