What would an RETAIL version of Halo PC have that the OEM version wouldn't??

I got the OEM version of Halo off of FS/FT. Unknowingly, my wife bought me the retail version for christmas. Just curious what the difference is, as I haven't opened the Retail version package and will probably sell it

The OEM is just the CD and product key
