Trying to get some service on a cpu cooler. The website has two email categories RMA and PWM.
What do you think the PWM stands for?

But it doesn't make sense in this context.
I have been trying to figure out if the P could be for something like Pre-sale?

Of course it make sense. Start off your message with:

"Hello, I'd like to make a Pulse Width Modulator for my crappy CPU cooler that broke. Please send me a new one."

If evolution is a myth and Adam and Eve were the first people, which one was black, which one was white and which one was asian?

What about Native American? They are not black, white nor asian. While we're at it what about Eskimo? What race are they anyway?

Paid with masculinity.

It's where you get free stuff for doing things Like A Boss.

(really, 'pulse width modulated' is the only acronym I know with those letters. And may apply to a CPU cooler...but not the return/exchange of one)

But RMA's are only for outright defective (DOA) products. Or other accepted reasons for return/exchange.

Product warranties aren't honored by the retailer, except in some select cases (say, auto parts). You must go through the manufacturer (or perhaps more accurately, just 'the name on the box') to return something that fails within its stated warranty period.

Besides, if someone is out of warranty, what is the reseller going to do besides offer to sell you another one at full price? Is this a place with a repair facility?

I think OP is on manufacturer's website...
