What word am I looking for?

If you've seen so many crazy things, like many of us have on the internet, and you get to the point where the image of pretty much anything doesn't stun you like it would someone whose not used to seeing them, what would that be called?
Completely void of any kind of emotion shown from visually shocking media. But in less words?

One word: False.

Trust me, if you were in a sudden situation with multiple people seriously injured/dead and you saw it you would have some emotion. So the word you are looking for is "false". It is false that anyone becomes "completely void" of emotion just by looking at media. Your emotion may be lessened, heightened, or altered by your previous media experience. But media won't cause you to be devoid of emotion.

That's true dullard, a live or even videotaped accident scene would definately freak me out. Probably emotion is the wrong word, maybe something more along the lines of pretentiousness or something like that is what I was meaning to say.
I'm just talking about the standard goatse, tub girl, lemon party, 5 speed girl crap that would freak out any other normal person who isn't on the internet all the time.

Desensitized was the word I was looking for.
