WHAT?winxp sp1a>rpc shutdown!

i already patched and remove the blaster worm and patched the rpc thingy with a file from microsoft.com!
now it still does it

lsass.exe!!!!

any help?

lsass.exe is a Microsoft process, not a virus.

The lsass.exe file is located in the c:\windows\System32 folder. In other cases, lsass.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!

Enable the firewall to stop Sasser & MSBlast from causing the RPC shutdown. Install all latest security updates (including the malicious program update which will remove Sasser & MSBlast automatically).
