I think that's just the theme. Macs don't have sounds apart from beep and empty trash.

I use Windows Classic.

I just installed XP for first time. Took me about 6 hour to turn off all the BS toy crap and make it look and act like NT...you can bet I ghosted the image after all that work.. XP sucks!! but I had to use for application compatability.

I installed Window Blinds from Stardock not long ago. I like it. Here's a screenshot of the theme theme I'm currently using. Mine doesn't look quite as good but I'm not done yet.
