I'm looking for something new for myself. I just put Royale on...but really, I need something more. Not sure what yet though.

Please include pics if you can.

royale on the lappy, community on the desktop (community may have come with an old version of stylexp, its a nice theme tho)

Slate PDC.. nice and dark, and sits about the same as classic does (in terms of shape and thickness of taskbar). runs nice, looks nicer, great for dual monitor.

What's good theme application software? How do you apply themes?

I'd really appreciate a couple of answers. Thanks, folks!

You only need a patched uxtheme.dll to used custom themes. If you want an actual program try stylexp but it's not free.

Classic.
Every other theme consumes more desktop space. I'd be happy if someone proved me wrong.

You are right, but you can reduce the size of the components (titlebars, fonts, etc.) to make them the same size as classic.

For that matter you can reduce the size of classic if you want even more space.
