What windows 7 "snap" program is this ?

My computer has this annoying program in the upper right which gives snap functionality to windows 7. The problem is, it jacks up windows modality and I want to remove it.

I tried checking msconfig and did some googling, but cannot ID what it is.

Anyone have any ideas?
I know this forum is maybe not the best place to post this, but I can't think of anywhere else to ask haha.

Windows 7 already has AeroSnap built in.

I'm guessing that's something like XSplit (capture your screen for online gameplay broadcast).
