I saw a couple of weather guys saying this is a really good bet! The one guy says he's going to be shocked if it doesn't happen this year, and that it's a certainty by next, and that the feds should build upgraded dikes before anything else and when that's done, then start the other rebuilding operations. Right now, if it happens, it's gonna be another huge mess.

QFT! that or the H5N1 virus mutating to a more common human flu type and causeing a world wide pandemic.
 
Earthquakes and tornadoes are too boring imo.
- Bird flu epidemic would be interesting.
- NO getting hit by another hurricane would definitely be interesting.
- Iraq going into a full fledged civil war?
- North Korea acting up and starting some mess with say, Japan, thus invoking the US to intervene. China responds. S. Korea is like wtf do we do?! Nasty war erupts.
- Meteor hitting a populated area would be new.
- Another terrorist attack perhaps, but I don't see one being pulled off on near the scale of 9/11 unless they aquire nukes somehow, or possibly a biological weapon and spread it widely (not just the what 20 or so people that died on the Tokyo subway).
- Something like 1/4 of Africa has AIDS correct? When those people start dying off I'd imagine chaos will erupt, and Africa will be even worse off than they are now.

Umm, I dunno it's late. Don't think I'm psycho either, I don't want any of these to occur I'm just thinking what would make an interesting news report. 😛
 
They pass a bill that allows foriegners to run for president and Arnold goes for it. 😛

Yellowstone park erupting (it's a super volcano) thus obliterating all life on this planet.
