Will a 200mz TBird oc better @ 133fsb ?

If they're both unlocked, they should be practically identical. The only real difference between a 1 GHz/200 MHz TBird & a 1 GHz/266 is the multiplier. Not sure there even is such a thing as a 1000/266, but you get the picture.
