What will improve my graphics more?? Mostly play EQ....Help!

Here's my current setup:

Althon XP 1800+ @ 1.7ghz
MSI K7T266 PRO2-A
512 Crucial DDR
Vanilla Geforce3 running at/above Ti500 Speeds

I play EQ quite a bit, and it taxes my system quite a bit. What will improve my performance more?

Radeon 9700 Pro or a P4 combo of 2.26ghz or higher.

You shouldn't be having problems with you're processor. Probably take the graphics card
