What will I need to DYE hair??!!

My mom always dyed my hair for me, and now my friend wants me to help him out... the thing is, I never paid attention to my mom!! =(

are you dying it all, or just frosting the tips? If you're just doing the tips, go buy one of the kits for it. That will have all that you need.

You can buy the two things you need to bleach your hair separately. It's a LOT cheaper that way. Just buy some of the creme, and 20 volume developer.

I recommend the Matrix brand. (works for me)

Just follow the directions, and DONT LEAVE IT ON TOO LONG. It can burn your scalp, and even cause your hair to fall out.

Ask your mom for advice. Call hair salons and and ask what dye products they recommend.
With hair dye, the only thing you can do is experiment. Everyone's hair is unique and you never know how it turns out till you do it!
