What will I be missing with refurb mobo

I am going to buy an asus a7n8x deluxe mobo from new egg that has been refurbished. I was wondering what I will need to buy from them that I would normally get in the retail box. Help please.

Could be anything, missing cables, cd and such, worse if you don't get a backplate. You'll never know till you open box up. Not worth the headache IMO, do yourself a favor and buy new, too save 10-15 bux ain't worth the hassle.
