What will happen to your food if you send it back????

I just read about some stories regarding how the cooks will do some YUCKY things to your food if you are dissatisfy with your food and ask for it to be sent back to the kitchen. I'm just wondering like exactly what kind of things they will do?
Stories I read about including spitting into it and put hair into it... Anyone who worked in a restaurant before and ACTUALLY did see some cooks DID those things... MIND TO SHARE??
