What will fit on my motherboard?

I ordered the Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4 two weeks ago to build my new computer and am now looking to overclock. I'd like to take my E6420 from 2.13 to around 2.6-3.0 GHz but I'm not sure if I should do this with the stock cooler. I have the Cooler Master Centurion 534 case with good airflow so I don't think the case will be a problem. The temps are usually around 35-37 for both cores at the stock speeds. Here's a link to the motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128044
I think the only problem will be the huge NB cooler that might get in the way. Has anyone had any experience with this motherboard?
