what will ddr ram prices be like in a few months?

how long do you guys except the prices to rise?
what price will it stabilize at? and where do you guys guess the price will be in ~2 months?

thanks in advance for any insight.
i'm debating whether to get 2x256 now for ~90 or wait a few months for 512 dimms to show up.
