um..it would be lethal injection...and either way it will end up being life in prison...theres a long line at San Quentin. Im just glad it will be OVER
 
maybe death penalty. BUT i really think it may have trouble with the appeal. While i do believe he is guilty i do not feel he got a fair trail.

Life in prison,,, Call it an early Christmas present, he will never have to work again, room, board, cable TV and he has the opportunity to pursue his Masters degree. He has nothing but time. Plus some freaked out killer groupie chick will marry him and come service him once a week or so.
 
Life in prison. Personally I believe he did it, but I can't see the jurors convicting him to death on a 100% circumstantial case.

He won't get death.

I put a guy on death row 10 years ago, he's still sitting there. His conviction hasn't even been affirmed, the dirty secret of the California judicial system. Peterson will sit on death row for 20 years at least.
 
He'll get a break and recieve the death penalty.

(I would rather die than live the rest of my life in prison)
 
Hopefully he'll get the death penalty. Of course in this state, he won't get executed for 20-30 years. Ship his ass to Texas and get it done in the next few weeks!
 
Amazing..a shocking announcement in the case at exactly 1:30PM PST! No wait...1:35PM, okay maybe 1:50PM...who really freakin cares....

he probably didnt even do it for christ sake....oh wait...he's guilty because of bad judgement, he had an affair..oh and his wife was pregnant..so he just wanted to get rid of her..

Man i hate that heart string conviction crap!

This is truly JUSTICE!
 
They will give him the death penalty.

they convicted him with no cause of death, no murder weapon and no direct evidence. They got rid of any juror that did not agree with them and they will give him death.
