What will be the minimum capacity we can expect for a DDR4 module?

I noticed (for example) that Micron's website, lists 4 Gb and 8 Gb packages:

Based on these package sizes (or others) what memory capacity can we expect for the most entry level module (DIMM or SO-DIMM) in the DDR4 era?

8GB? or smaller?

we already have 16gb ddr3 registered on a single dimm for the server side.

i dont see why there wouldnt be a 16gb ddr4.

but i dont see how it would also be considered entry level.

I'd guess 1 or 2 gb will be the smallest ddr4 module

Looking at some DDR3 DIMMs on Newegg, I see a few only have four packages on them.

So maybe we will see DDR4 DIMMs are low as 2GB? (Four 4 Gb packages = 2GB).
