Just got a $37k 2010 Saab 9-3 Turbo sedan. F'n Loaded!! I've not had great luck in backing up in my last car and I want to buy a wireless rear parking assist sensor kit. Assuming I mount them on the bumper and a audible? sensor warning in the cabin.

Its a worthwhile investment for less than $300. Are there any reviews? I want minimal wiring by the bumper and in the cabin.

you can find a ton of them on ebay, i assume they're all pretty similar. you usually need to drill holes in your bumper for the sensor, and then run wires under the carpet to the cabin.

edit: i'd check forums for your specific car/saab in general, you'll probably find someone who has done it and would provide more specific advice.

The Touring package on the Saab 9-3 came with the parking sensors so apparently your car is not loaded.

TOURING PACKAGE
includes (UD7) rear park assist, (DD8) inside auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass, (UG1) universal home remote and (AAB) 3-position memory for driver's seat and mirrors

Maybe he does have it but has so many features that he hasn't had a chance to read through them all. OP try backing up into something and see if there's a warning. :sneaky:

LOL!

Or, look for the round sensors mounted in your bumper. Have they figured out how to make the sensors invisible yet?

Wouldn't invisible imply that you can see through them and therefore would like 4-6 perfectly shaped holes in the bumper? :)

What does it matter how much you paid for it? Are you looking for validation or something? Maybe if you paid $38k for one, it would already have a parking assist sensor in it.

I just bought a $4 hamburger, fully loaded. It doesn't have Ketchup though but for an extra $0.45, I think I can add some myself. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, I don't get that either.
