I just finished putting together a P4 system with a

Abit TH711 (s478)
1.7ghz P4
512mb Smasung RDRAM
etc.

After I put eveything together It booted fine, I was able to install W2k, and play some games, but the next day when I went to boot up it would not even start to post. I tried everything, clearing the cmos, reseating the CPU, ram, ect. the motherboard was getting power because the lights on the board were on. All three power plugs were working. I almost forgot when I powered up the HD led and all my CD rom lights would saty on ? I RMA the MB and CPU back to new egg, what do you think went wrong ?

Are you using any USB periphs? Try unplugging everything but the cpu, memory, video card and try to repost with no mouse/keyboard/or usb stuff..

I tried everything, I had only the CPU RDRAM and video card in, when I power up My monitor says it's in power saving mode. The little LED that gives the post codes on the MB doesn't give any info either
