Blue is good, that means it comes from AMD's newest FAB plant in Dresden, Germany. Why is this important? Well, the Dresden FAB uses copper interconnects while the Austin, Texas FAB plant uses Aluminum interconnects. The copper pieces usually handle higher speeds better and tend to overclock slightly better. Anyway, have you "unlocked" your CPU? You need to do this to run a 133FSB. When you unlock the CPU, you can change the multiplier. To run 133FSB, you need to drop the multiplier from 10 to 7.5 and turn the FSB up to 133. (7.5 X 133~1000) Let me know if you need more info...
