What week # is an Athlon CPU?

Just got me a T-bredB 2100 today. But I wanna find out a little bit more about the CPU, such as the week #. Does anyone know of any technical docs, charts, or whatever that can interpret this and perhaps more? Also, if it's not too much trouble, can someone explain the significance of the week # other than its age? It's my first AMD CPU and I'd like to expand just a little more on my general knowledge.
