It's like google maps, but google maps won't let you put more than one location on a map.

? What makes you think it was a website? MS Streets could do that, for one.

It seems to me it's a scanned map with hand drawn lines all encoded in a pretty low quality jpeg. My 15 year old world atlas (book) has a ton of maps just like that 😉

the colors look too uniform to look like scanned print.
