I somewhat agree, we know little about Obama. He certainly made little mark in the US Senate.

But the GWB we thought we were electing is not the President we got.

We knew a lot about Hoover, success after success, but in the clutch, he flopped.

We knew that Grant was an excellent General, but as President he lost control of corruption.

We knew little about Truman either, but he has subsequently risen in regard.

And now as Obama takes over as President with some of the bleakest prospects this nation has faced, we can only hope.

Well, I just got done watching the new press secretary's news conference and the reporters took the gloves off just a little. They were more mad about not getting equal access and how that access was determined, but still. :)

Then right after that Obama had a press conference that was quite good. I feel I'm getting to know Obama just a little bit.

Who is Barack Obama?

Ha ha, how did you become a mod when you spread lies?
I'm not spreading lies. I'm pointing out the OP's tired argument was already used and thrown away during the McCain campaign. "Obama the unknown" holds no merit; the voters know enough to vote him into the highest office in our country.

So what makes you some damn sure the voters are right? These very same voters elected Bush..... twice for christs sake.

Go troll another thread please.

The answers to the tough questions doesn't seem to be the problem for the general public. The real problem is getting the general public to combine all of those answers at the same time in order to formulate the true big picture of what he is trying to do. That rarely happens though especially amongst the cynics. They tend to only take into consideration a couple pieces of the pie at a time which make things look a lot worse than what they really are. Hell, we see it all of the time on this forum. Cynics and Obama haters are constantly picking out bits and pieces here and there blasting them to all hell when the truth is that it is completely worthless to only consider those issues one at a time like that. A partial solution is nothing compared to the entire real solution. It's as different as night and day.

You mean the general public that re-elected Bush? There's no hope for them.... or the hard core that still think he did a good job, but this isn't about Bush any longer.

I agree that to get the best total solution you have to look at the big picture and implement your solutions in the proper order to acheive maximum effect. We still need to know what the plan is with as many specifics as possible so we can make our plans.

It will be about bush for the next four years, There is no cure for IBS
(Irritable Bush Syndrome) A disease that has been rampaging PandN for 8 years,

/Facepalm/

Stupidity has no end with you, does it Daniel? Im surprised your troll nature has not been banned yet.

How is your failure to comprehend equivilant to my stupidity?

I will give you one example since I am such a nice guy and can overlook your insults to try and show you how it works.

The Govoner of our state has been in power for over 4 years. Her massive budget shortfall, according to her, have nothing to do with her policies. They were all GWB fault.
Nevermind that she ran the state for the last four years.
It will be no different when Obama does something and has it fail. OR the dem controlled congress screws up. The pundits and apologists will link it back to GWB.

This of course is not left or right by nature it is in fact the way politics is.
And when the pendulum swings the other way and the democratic congress is thrown out and Obamas one term ends, You will hear the same dribble from those on the right towards the left. Such is the nature of the beast.

Oh, but wait reading back a little, I see you have been banned for a vacation. Enjoy:D
