What was your SAT score?

To get automatic admission into A&M University of Corpus, I need to score a 1200 or higher. They do not require the writing portion so the max score would be 1600. I have never taken the test and would like to know what scores everyone here made.

I would also appreciate any help on how I should prepare for the test. I'm 20.

Unless they've changed it, there shouldn't be anything on the test that you don't encounter in your normal classes

What surprised me the most about mine is that I scored almost equally in both Math and Verbal.. yet I've always been in advanced math courses and never took an AP English course until my senior year in high school. I believe the scores were literally Math = 610, Verbal = 600... which surprised the crap out of me. Maybe that's a little better than I may've thought back then... I guess it means I'm more well-rounded with decent scores overall.

second time, my mom made me go take it again, i got a 1210/1600 but i was pretty sick. again no prep. that sat book is so fat and boring.

I chose to go to a junior college right out of high school. That way I could take the easy classes for a cheaper price. The junior college didn't require an SAT or ACT score. So I didn't take it.

1150 on the new SAT. Don't forget that it recently changed.

EDIT: I think years should be included here.. Anyone who took the test more than a year ago took the old one and the scoring is entirely different.
