7th Guest, King's Quest V

I loved 7th Guest and 11th Hour... too bad the franchise died out. same with King's Quest. except for that last, 3D/action game, they were all great games.

More of an educational title than anything else, heck it wasn't even a PC game, it was an Apple game when I first played it....

Number Munchers :)

Firehawk, Red Baron, Wolfenstein.

Then probably Doom.

I remember Quake blowing my mind when I downloaded the first plyable demo that didn't even have enemies in it.
