I used to love my TI-85. It was great for playing games in class. Also I loved for math classes and chemistry classes downloading programs that would basically solve things for me. Plus it was a great place to stick notes to call up during a test! :D

My HP48 was my all time favorite. I sold it to my buddy when I got out of the Navy. My current favorite is an HP28, it's a graphing programmable calc with a clamshell case. It's awesome and more calculator than I'll need until I go back to finish my EE.

Indeed, although I became too dependent on it doing my work for me in calculus. All that stuff is over with so it comes in mighty handy when you don't remember all those old formulas and rules.

My trusty HP 41CV

that I loved for years, with its 4 extra firmware modules for Math, Statistics, Financial and Securities.

It finally died. I really miss it, haven't found any other as good for my purposes.

Lived with it for years, so my brain is now hardwired for RPN.

I used a HP 48G back in the mid 90's.

At that point in time HPs were preferred over the TIs at the engineering oriented university I attended.

TI BA II Plus.

I'm a finance guy, and I always hated the HP 12c with its RPN.

HP-15C

I bought this in 1981, and still use it today. IMHO much better quality than the comparable TIs of the day.

I'm not geek enough to ever have had a favorite. I had some kind of TI in high school, but I dunno what it was.

i had so many programs written on it, i wrote little applications to solve all the typical trig and calculus test problems
