I only have a handful of things that come to mind...
When I played little league baseball, I was number 5 on the roster. It was the last game of the season against the league manager's brother in-law's team (he was the coach). Basically, this team was stacked with all the league talent and many of the players were hand-picked. The all star team of the league was like 75% of this team. We had 2 guys get on base and our number 4 hitter was stepping up to the plate. The coach changed pitchers and walked our cleanup guy to load the bases for me. The new pitcher was trying to get his bearings...he pitched two balls outside that I got ahold of because of my long reach. I knocked both out of the park, but foul down the right field line. When he threw the last pitch, I figured I'd foul again, but he threw a curve that I caught hard and knocked it to center field for a grand slam... My only home run and it was when it counted the most against a team of pricks. I was a hero to the team and the parents.
Aside from that, I was visiting Universal Studios when they were filming "Bring it On, In It to Win It"....I was sitting amongst the extras while eating my lunch. I was in the distant background of a transition shot. It's just funny to claim that movie because of how stupid it is. =)
I'm a little photogenic and ended up on a bunch of college posters where I used to attend. I was on the university housing booklet, the college of business booklet, on the continuing education website, and also there was a 4 foot permanent mural of me in the bookstore. It's still there, but the bookstore uses that part of the store for book storage these days so it can only be seen from the sidewalk outside (if you look). Kind of funny...
