What was this website from back in the day...?

I was trying to tell someone about it today at work but couldn't remember the name. It was about some guy in a robot suit made from cardboard boxes, with dryer venting for the arms, and like orange ping-pong balls for the eyes. There were a couple robots, one gray and one red. And they fought ninjas. It was in a comic-book style, with cartoon balloons of hilarious text superimposed over the photos.

I thought it was called either Robot Rob or Robot Steve, but google provided me nothing...this was probably back in '99 or 2000. Anyone have any clue what I'm thinking about??
