What was this series called?

I remember being forced to watch this series as a kid in public school like once a week in the library. From what I remember it was a girl and a boy, and they had this basement lab like area with a computer that I think talked or sent them hints.

Now that I think of it more I'm pretty sure it printed out cards with words or phrases on them meaning something. Something talked to them like a robot though I think. Or maybe they talked to it and asked it for help.

They went on all sorts of crazy trips and experiences.

The computer didn't talk in Ghostwriter. It read whatever they would write, then write something back. They could write it on the computer, on a piece of paper on the wall, etc. Then Ghostwriter would rearrange the letters to say a response or something like that.

And of course it was multicultural. There was a white chick, a black dude, an asian chick, a hispanic brother and sister, etc.

I think there were puzzles they had to solve and the computer could only answer so much for them.

Trust me though its not Ghostwriter, not even close. I never saw this show on TV but rather at school in our library once a week. I don't even know if it was on TV ever.
