It was a top-down game that was first on the 3DO and then later on the PS that had a war/capture the flag theme. There was a tank, an apc, a helicopter and a jeep... it ahd classical music like dies irae and flight of the valkries and stuff. I think it started with an R...

i didn't like madden. i had offworld interceptor, that alien's attacking the world game, fifa '95 or some year, uhhh... what else what else? i can't remember what all i had now. it's been five years. samurai showdown. <--that rocked!!
