What was the name of that cartoon shark that yelled "GOTCHA"?

He had a Catfish friend that wore a derby and vest. I think it was on with the Pink Panther cartoons. No one can figure it out and it's bugging me.

jabberjaw was a seperate cartoon
it was basically just like scooby doo, but with a shark. there was 4-5 kids that ran around in a vehicle with a shark solving mysteries

i don't recall a catfish, i think nitrousninja is thinking of something else, not jabberjaw
