Where there was a scene in which two people (man and woman) were waiting for the bus and after hours someone pulls up and tells them the bus doesnt run on Sunday's.

the movie i am thinking of was an older movie 80/90's. hmmmm....
 
Its not a movie. It was an episode of 30 days on FX. Morgan Sperlock and his GF were living as poor people. He took her out for her bday and were trying to save money going home... Bus don't run on Sundays though.

I guess it could have been in a movie. But I remember this for sure.
