What was the data mining site that was posted here a few months ago?

I was trying to tell an old co-worker about the dangers of leaving information around. I told him if I had his full name and address I could I find out almost anything about it, if not everything. I remember there was a site posted here that would ask you to enter in the information and it would give over possible siblings and parents and past places you lived and stuff like that. Anyone still have a link to that site?
