...with a potentially really lucrative domain name like omg.com or lol.com or something but its owned by some family who have a simple HTML page that looks like it was made in 1994 and probably have no idea of the goldmine they're sat on.

Anyone remember it? It was mentioned here a few years back.
 
I was typing some randomly for fun, it's surprising how a lot of them are really crappy, some are even pointing to invalid IPs and arn't in use while others are a redirect to nowhere. How someone can own such a nice domain and not use it to fullest extent is beyond me.
