what was that song played on simpsons last sunday

It appears to be:
Link
Barbara Dickinson, "Here We Go"

Now how about the music at the end of American Dad, where the two squirrels were heading off on the back of the bus? It sounds familiar, but I can't recognize it.

In the link from Jeff7, that Medley is actually four different songs. The first is "Dancing in the streets", then "He's a rebel", " I only want to be with you", and " You keep me hangin on". Shouldn't be too hard to find samples of those. Anyway, how'd the song on "The Simpsons" go? I can't remember.

I have the episode recorded, and I just searched for a line in the lyrics, "he always treats me tenderly" and that's one of the few matches that Google turned up.
