LOL.. I dont know why that pic is funny but something about it certainly is! Maybe the horrible shape of the rest of the car leads me to believe he has no intention of addressing the tire...?
 
One time walking home on a residential street a minivan passed me, driving very slowly due to a very flat front tire. Whole family in the car. The irony is that there are so many service stations in and around my neighborhood.
