What was for Christmas dinner?

We made smoked pork shoulder, cheesy potatoes, cornbread casserole, fruit, chip dip, cracker dip, cheese & meat plate, a veggie platter, meatballs, and jalapeno and cheddar sourdough bread

Simple ground beef, pasta, sauce, and seasoning. I made it special with some manchego and morel mushrooms.

Costco meat lasagna. Its our tradition that we eat lasagna every Christmas.

Ris a l'amande with cherry sauce for dessert.

Goose, gravy, white potatoes, caramelized potatoes and red cabbage.

Because today was for football, we had our holiday meal last night. Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, corn bread.

Had a ham sammich today for lunch...and leftover chicken enchiladas for dinner.

Prime Rib, Scalloped Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus, Dinner rolls and Sweet Tea, all homemade Christmas morning.

Brisket, Frick ham, potato salad, mac & cheese.

Did a sliced ham in the air fryer, fried baby potatoes, sauteed brussel sprouts, and dinner rolls.
Also had pumpkin pie and rhubard custard pie.

had roasted chicken and veggies with strawberry-rhubarb pie for dessert.
