What wakes you up in the morn

I have a Timex arlarm clock it has 3 arlarms. First one I have it set with nature sounds. The second is set with a cd which I have Lady Smith Black Mambazo stuck in there. The third one is a local country station which plays old country.
Actually the wife is the one that has to get up and make the dougnuts.

Oh, and I wake up to any music or news-radio station, as long as it's played decently loud.

Standard alarm clock. Sometimes it's my roommates, but I'm always back asleep before the time that I have to actually get up (it's about an hour before I get up), so then my alarm gets me.

Old age! I seldom sleep until the alarm goes off. For an alarm I am using my new PocketPC. It has 4 different alarms that can be set for the day of the week. So, I have one for M-F, one for an early wake-up when I have to catch a plan, one for Sat. and the other for any other stange needs. I travel all the time on business and this is much better than using the Clock Radio at the hotel as you never know if it works and some are a pain to set.

Nothing except my own internal clock. I consistently wake up at 5:59 am 1 minute before my alarm clock goes off. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed. Been doing it for 15 years now. Same on the weekends - I couldn't sleep in if I wanted to. Sometimes I can wake up at 6 on a Sunday morning, fart around for an hour or two, then go back to sleep for a while.
