I'm in the process of replacing my motherboard. (the old one died). I'm running at PII-300 with 3 sticks of 64Mb ram. The sys bus operates at 66Mhz...

What voltage do I set the RAM at? I'm allowed 5V and some other lower voltage. Is there a reference I be checking on the RAM (I didn't see any)?

Well, for SDRAM normaly is 3.3 Volts.
I dont know if its different for PC100, PC133 and PC66.
But its 3.3 V.

To the best of my knowledge some PC66 is 5V and some is 3.3V
One of my machines has PC66 @ 5V and I ran some PC100, which should be 3.3V, in it with no troubles. But, I did not do it for more than a few days.
