Define best...

More specifically, what applications are you using it for? And what's your budget? Edit: And can you Crossfire or SLI? (Mainly Crossfire.)

It would help to provide the model of the PSU, I don't feel like checking, but I would imagine cooler master has more than one 700W PSU.

You should be able to get any video card you want, you have plenty of power.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry about the short question, I was on my phone and hate typing on it. This is the exact PSU I have:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...00_i00_details

Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 700-Watt Power Supply (RS700-PCAAE3-US)

I'm using the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 with an Intel Core i7 2600k and stock cooler.

Using the Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower ATX Case (RC-912-KKN1) case.

I am NOT a gamer. Most of what I do is Photo editing, web design, graphic design, but the wife plays her Sims 3 game and I would like to know I could get smooth video if I ever had an urge to buy a random newer PC game.

So my question now is, what video card should I get?

Thanks for any help.

At what resolution? What budget limit?

If you want a good card that will play anything at 16x10 and many games at 19x10, then an nvidia GTX 560 ti (not the non-ti version) or AMD Radeon 6870 or 6950 are all good choices for under $250.

If $200-250 is too rich for your blood, the AMD Radeon 6850 can often be found under $150, and will play most games at 16x10.
