What video card to use with these games...

I've got a P3-800 and a GTS and am in the process of getting a couple Voodoo 2 cards. I'm wondering which (if any) of these games I plan on playing will run better on the SLI setup than they would on the GTS.

Ultima IX: Ascension
Unreal Tournament
Deus Ex
Rune
Wheel of Time

I'm pretty sure that Ultima will run better in Glide on the Voodoo 2's, but not sure about the Unreal Engine games. If anyone has tried any of these games on both of these video cards and has an opinion, I'd love to hear it! Thanks.
 
Hmm... well I think that the Voodoo2's in SLI will perform about the same as a Voodoo 3 2000 or 3000. I don't think you should downgrade to voodo2's from your Geforce GTS. Even though the Voodoo's give better glide performance, I don't believe it would be worth the perfomance hit you would experience in other games.
 
If I remember some later Unreal benchmarking action in Anandtech reviews Unreal wouldn't be worth it...I don't think it would run faster on the SLI setup than on the GTS. It would run fast enough on a P3-800 w/ a GTS anyway...
 
its probably wont be faster. some games looks really bad on newer cards, like i've heard everquest didnt look good at first, but most have been patched. maybe a year or 2 ago games designed around glide were still coming out, like diablo2 , but doesnt matter now.
