What Video Card to buy?

I can't make up my mind. here is what I'm looking at

Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/750XP GeForce4 Ti4600 AGP 4X 128MB DDR Video Card w/TV-Out, Dual DVI, VIVO Retail 234,-

MSI G4Ti4800SE-VTD8X GeForce4 Ti4400 AGP 8X 128MB DDR Video Card w/DVI & VIVO Retail 182,-

Evil Commando X Radeon 9500 AGP 8X 128MB DDR Video Card w/TV-Out, DVI & CRT Retail by PowerColor 170,-

Do I really need DX9 right now or will Nvidia do for the next 2 years.
What is the best value for my money?

My system
Asus A7N8X nforce2
AMD 2500 + Barton

If you have the cash, there's no reason not to go for the 9700 Pro, it blows everything else there away.

I'd wait till the 9800 comes out (or is it in stores already?) that should drop the prices down on the 9700 a fair bit.
