what video cables come with the ps3?

no one gives u extra cabls, they give u what you need to play with.
hdmi cables are cheap anyway. newegg.com or monoprice.com

They'd have to include both component and HDMI, because not everyone has HDMI. So they just provide the input that EVERYONE will have, and leave it up to you to get whichever HD cable you need. The thing sold for a $200+ loss when it came out, they gotta cut costs somehow. On the plus side, I think component cables from the PS2 work with the PS3.

If you did your research you would have bought the cables before you bought the PS3; now you have to either pay absurd local prices or play in SD until the middle of next week or longer.

that's a sweet deal. Costco has a bundle for the same price that includes HDMI, extra controller (Xaxis, I think)... and I forget the game. It's the 80gig model.

i am doing my research. i didnt buy it yet. im trying to figure out what came in the box so i could price everything before i buy.

In that case, the cost of the cables is negligible. Monoprice FTW.

so i ended up order the bundle from amazon. and hdmi cable form monoprice. i have some of their cables already. i figure i can sell of the other cables or try to return them somewhere.
