Alright here's the deal. I run:

ABIT SA6R
P3 700E
256 pc133
snd blstr live value
realtek nic
17" NEC

I like games like warcraft, diablo, and quake. But i also do a lot of graphics work for my web site, so i will want decent 2D as well.

I have 165 exactly to spend on this vid card.

WHAT SHOULD I GET?

v5 5500 will do the most good for you. its only $167 @ ebworld.. oops nevermind, you only have $165
 
voodoo5 ( i just swap my asus v7700 with voodoo5 and feel satisfy here, this voodoo5 is rock than my v7700
 
Depends on your OS of choice.
The Radeon is out of the game if its Win2K.
If you're running Win2K, I personally would get an Elsa Gladiac, and those supposedly have good 2D quality, along with the speed and drivers of any other GTS.
