What version of Direct X is best for the newest Kyro II drivers?

Depending on what games you play your choice is limited to whatever those games require. If you play DirectX 8.x games then you need DirectX 8.x installed.
 
It was instantly locking up in all 3D apps. Fixed it though, it hated my sound card and I had to adjust a few AGP settings in the bios.
